Information Page

When will my order arrive?

Many of our tailor made items will have what is called a lead time posted in the desription. This is the length of time it takes to produce the order once payment clears. Depending on your form of payment, it can take up to 2 weeks for your payment to clear. Shipping can take 6 to 10 days depending on the destination. By adding all these possibilities together you can get a rough estimate of when your package should arrive. However, dropped shipped items have different time tables.

We always ask that you please allow 8 - 12 weeks for delivery. When everything is running smoothly, we can usually have your order shipped within a week or two, but we ask that you give us at least 8 weeks in case there is a problem. During high volume times - Halloween and Christmas - it can take even longer, so please order early.

You may log-in to our site to view the status of your order. Please allow at least 48 hours from the time you set up a profile with us for your information to be displayed.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you. You can use this to track your order through the US postal service.

How do I return/exchange an item?

At this time we are not able to accept most exchanges/returns except under special circumstances. This is because all items are tailor made at the time of purchase. Not all returns/exchanges will be accepted, but we will try to work with you.

Some tailor-made items can be returned, unused, for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges, but you must e-mail first. The occassional exchange will cost you shipping - return shipping to me and the cost of shipping the new items to you.

Drop-shipped items have a different policy than tailor-made items and should arrive with instructions for exchanges. Refunds will still need to be cleared with us before you follow through or you may not receive your money.

Returns must be sent within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

IMPORTANT! Please do not ship an item back without contacting us first. All packages returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT! Refusing a package when it is delivered does not grant you a refund. You must have a vaild reason for the return, and if you don't even accept the package, then there is no way you can have a valid reason.

How much does shipping cost?

US Shipping Charges are automatically calculated when you click on the secure checkout button. All orders are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service). US orders are shipped via Priority Mail which usually takes 2 - 3 business days to arrive once the order has been shipped (please note that this is on top of the production time - actual delivery times can range from 1 - 12 weeks).

How can I find what I am looking for?

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Search boxes are located on nearly every page of our site. Simply enter the name of the product you're looking for, or enter the item number if you know it and click "Search."

If you can't find what you're looking for using the search, you can also browse through the selections, located on the top of every page. Click on a category you're interested in, and continue shopping.

Payment Methods

At this time we can only accept PayPal online.

When you click on the "secure checkout" button, you will be taken to a page showing your order total. It will also have a link to open a new PayPal account or to log into an existing one. You may also open a PayPal Credit account.

Once you are logged in you will be asked to confirm your order. By clicking on the confirm button you are saying that the order is correct and you are ready to buy. Credit card reversals incur a $20 fee, so please e-mail about a refund rather than reversing charges if need be.

All orders must be paid in full prior to production. Your order will not be scheduled for production until your payment is received.

You can visit our website at www.gothiquerose.com (or any of our other subdomains or sister sites), and browse our products without giving us any personally identifiable information. However, in order to provide users and customers with the most efficient and enhanced personalized service and attention, we may both request information about you in certain circumstances and collect certain information automatically. For the convenience of all of our customers and to better serve you, a customer account includes all the collected personal information we may have. Nevertheless, you can update or correct your contact information or change your preferences about receiving offers and information from us at any time.

Information You Volunteer

We collect personally identifiable information that you volunteer to us (such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, age, gender and/or similar demographic information), when you subscribe to our newsletters and special offers, place an order through our website, or voluntarily register on our website. Website visitors may register to receive our e-mail updates. Registration may also be required to request a catalog or other information directly from us. Sometimes registration can be accomplished by submitting only a user name and password. In order to sign up for e-mail updates, all that is required is a name and valid e-mail address. However, in order to purchase our products online, we require the submission of additional information. This information is aquired through the PayPal website.

Information Collected Automatically

We may also automatically collect your IP and referring website addresses, browser type, domain name and website access times. This information helps facilitate your online experience on our website.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH COLLECTED INFORMATION?

We use information you provide to fulfill your requests and improve our website, products and services. We may, from time to time, produce reports for advertisers, sponsors and vendors containing anonymous, aggregate information about our users and customers, such as demographic, age and online usage information. This information allows us to work closely with advertisers to provide content and offers that are most relevant to our users and customers. We do not include any personally identifiable information of our users in these reports.

We use personal information so that we may display or send custom, personalized content to our website visitors and send newsletters, mail, e-mails, features, promotional material, surveys and other updates, information or offers to our users and customers. A user may, at any time, opt out of receiving such information by following the procedures set forth below. We also use collected information to evaluate and administer our products and services, fulfill customer requests, respond to problems such as difficulties in navigating our websites or accessing certain features, and to gauge user trends to determine what products and services are most popular with users.

HOW DO WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Personal information is available only on a need to know basis. Financial information is handled through PayPal. Anonymous information is available to our advertisers, sponsors and promotional and business partners.

Credit Card Companies.

As in any transaction, your credit card company will have all relevant information about the name of the vendor, item(s) purchased, date, total cost and other information necessary to process the transaction. Gothique Rose Apparel will not otherwise provide any personal data to your credit card company without your permission.

Advertisers, Sponsors and Promotional and Business Partners.

We share anonymous, aggregate demographic information with our sponsors, promotional and business partners, and participating vendors. No personally identifiable information is disclosed to any of these third parties in providing these reports. Credit card numbers and passwords are not shared with advertisers, sponsors or promotional and business partners.

Your e-mail address is not shared with third parties. If you opt-in to our mailing list we may include offers for third-party products or services, but these will be included in our normal news letter. We do not share your personal information with any third-party.

You should be aware that if you voluntarily disclose information, personal or otherwise, online in any community area, that information can be collected and used by others. For example, if you use chat, forums, bulletin boards or message boards, or if you post personal information online (such as your e-mail address), you may receive unsolicited messages from others. Gothique Rose Apparel has no control over this use of your personal information.

There are several ways for you to update your contact information and/or change your preferences.
1. If you have an online account at our website, you may be able to log on and update or change your contact or account information. Check the website for further information.
2. You may unsubscribe to any of our online e-mail updates by following the unsubscribe instructions in the body of any e-mail message.
3. You may write to us and update your contact information or ask that we not share your personal contact information with third parties at: Gothique Rose Apparel, P.O. Box 893, Neosho, MO 64850. In those instances, we will retain your information in a “do not promote” file in our database.

We will take commercially reasonable steps to implement your opt-out requests promptly, but you may still receive promotional information from us by mail for up to 60 days due to printing and mailing schedules, and up to 10 days for e-mail.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Gothique Rose Apparel is strongly committed to protecting the safety and privacy of children who visit our websites. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. We encourage all parents to talk to their children about online safety and to monitor their children's use of the Internet.

We update this Privacy Policy as we believe is necessary to protect our users and to comply with a changing environment.
