Orders can be placed from our website 24 hours a day. We accept major credit cards through PayPal online. PayPal currently is the only from of payment we accept from non-US buyers.

To place an order, select the options you want for your item and click "Add to Cart". A seperate window will open up showing the contents of your cart. You can then opt to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout.

Shipping Charges are automatically calculated when you click on the secure checkout button. All orders are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service) and are sent Priority Mail International when avaiable. This usually takes 6 - 10 business days to arrive once the order has been shipped (please note that this is on top of the production time and any time it may sit in customs).

When you click on the "secure checkout" button, you will be taken to a page showing your order total. It will also have a link to open a new PayPal account or to log into an existing one.

Once you are logged in you will be asked to confirm your order. By clicking on the confirm button you are saying that the order is correct and you are ready to buy. Credit card reversals incur a $20 fee, so please e-mail about a refund rather than reversing charges if need be.

You will then be given an order confirmation #. Copy this down and keep it in a safe place. You will also be sent an e-mail confirmation of your order. Keep this confirmation until you receive your order.

Please note that we are currently in the process of setting up our customer service department. We prefer to be contacted via e-mail, but if you must call please be prepared to leave a message.

All orders must be paid in full prior to production. Your order will not be scheduled for production until your payment is received. Orders paid by e-check (via PayPal) are held up to 2 weeks to clear.

Please allow 8 - 12 weeks for delivery. When everything is running smoothly, we can usually have your order shipped within a week or two, but we ask that you give us at least 8 weeks in case there is a problem. During high volume times - Halloween and Christmas - it can take even longer, so please order early.

You may log-in to our site to view the status of your order. Please allow at least 48 hours from the time you set up a profile with us for your information to be displayed.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you. You can use this to track your order through the US postal service.

*Production time on most items is about 8 weeks, but can range anywhere from 2 - 12 weeks. Please allow additional time on bridal gowns and crocheted items.

*Rush Service is available by special request for an adidtional fee ($20 & up) - based on the size of the order and how quickly it is needed.
